Derek is a Honda Master Certified and ASE Certified technician with over 13 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles. His extensive training ensures that every job—from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics—is performed with dealership-level precision. Mikaila, as owner and service advisor, is the guiding voice for customers. She takes the time to explain repair options clearly, provide honest recommendations, and ensure every experience is smooth and stress-free.
